Many communties in New England desire to attract new business and new industry
and yet constantly fail to adveretise.
Contray to popular mis-information advertising is very alive and well.
For example Coke Cola the worlds largest beverage firm just purchased and installed 27 high tech, state-of-the-art digital billboards in 27 diverse markets to sell it rather very old product.
Why? Because advertising works.
Coke invested $7 million in the LED screens which it owns and operates. In 2009 Coke invested $31 million in just billboard advertising spending. That is why it's NUMBER ONE in the sale of beverages.
Regardless of market condtions individuals desire to buy while others want to sell and business firms and industries seek out new space and new locations daily.
The great link is advertising, don't overlook or ignore it and don't buy into the concept that the entire business world is now internet.
Cities and towns seeking new businesses and viable industries need now to invest in newspaper advertsing on a regional basis.
Andd those communties that do will reap the benefit for decades.
