Come hear Juval Aviv as a guest speaker of ULI New York, as he leads a fascinating discussion of corporate fraud, the need for increased due diligence and asset identification and stories of recovery. Aviv will use anecdotes of high-profile fraud cases that Interfor has investigated, such as Enron and Madoff, to illustrate the pattern of warning signs that are often overlooked in the rush for profits and the steps needed to avoid unnecessary risks. He will share lessons learned from assisting banking, corporate, and government clients in the recovery of over $15 billion of concealed or undisclosed assets hidden in international “safe havens†and domestic accounts.
